This is about the 4th digital camera I have owned in the last two years...I can't remember the 1st, but the 2nd was a Nikon 3100....last week I bought a Fuji Finepix E900 and was majorly disappointed with it, so back it went.
Anyway...I finally settled on this little beauty and am SO glad I did.
It is remarkably easy to use, with lots of great features. The colours are great too, very life like.
I like the fact that the 'scene' settings are simple and straightforward, and there is a description which comes up on the viewfinder for each setting so, if like me, you are a relative beginner with photography it is explained to you along the way.
Photos are easily viewed and 'trashed' should you wish to.
The memory card it comes with is basically only large enough for you to have a play about with the camera...so buy a bigger one- you WILL need it.
The battery life is way superior to any camera I have ever had..I have had the camera 4 days now with much playing about with..and it has JUST gone down to the last bar today.
The zoom, at 12x is very impressive...takes great video too!
I love reading all the reviews on here and wish I knew enough about cameras to wax as lyrical...but I don't ..so I will just say..I LOVE THIS CAMERA!!!
