Excellent Unit

This is the third espresso machine I have owned. I first owned the Francis Francis and while it is attractive and takes up minimal counter space, the pump is not of commercial grade. I found getting good crema inconsistent and steam was limited. I then tried a Seco and it was okay, but I still found it to be limited in pump strength. The Gaggia is much more of a commercial machine in that it has the power (forget what the specs say on any of these units) to give a good pour even if the grind is too fine, and the steam and wand make for consistently good frothed milk.
