This game was the worst letdown I have ever experienced in my history of PC gaming. I played the demo and it ran fine. Everything ran smoothly, but when I bought it, I could not have been more pissed. Gameplay was choppy, the sound did not work, and the game would freeze on me every ten seconds. The framerate is something like one per second.

In this game, you play a cop named Blade who works for a private law enforcement agency. Drugs overrun the city and are causing mutations. You know, who really cares about the story?

The AI in this game is plain terrible. The enemies hide behind pillars just enough so as to leave half their bodies exposed. Their screams and taunts are so muffled that they sound like Scooby Doo. That is due to the poor sound quality of this poor game. For some reason, I cannot save my game. Well, that's not completely true. I can save, but it won't load to where I saved it to.

I cannot believe that Activision had the nerve to release such a poorly engineered game. Don't waste your money one it. I have lost much faith in Activision because of this game. This means that I will not be purchasing the expansion either. Half-Life is an incomparably better game, so get that instead and get the expansion, Half-Life: Opposing Force. Whatever you do, don't get Sin. Your gaming career and pocketbook will thank you.
