Best gaming unit!

The Bottom Line: Definitely would suggest getting a PSP if you are just barely thining about it. It is well worth the money!
I purchased a PSP with graduation money received. It is the best thing I have ever bought myself. The graphics on the system are out of control, nearly as good as PS2 quality. I am also very happy with the ease of connectivity to a wireless network and to a computer via USB cable. I am happy Sony chose to use a standardized USB cable and not a unique one that you would have to purchase through Sony. (I use my cable that came with my Samsung digital camera)
I am also amazed at the life of a fully charged battery in the PSP. I was traveling from VA to NJ (approx 6hrs) and I had my PSP on the entire time. I watched a UMD movie (1.5hrs) for the first part of the trip. For the remainder of the trip I played UMD games and listened to music off the memory stick. Never have I seen a battery last as long as the PSP's.
I am also happy they added the feature of removable memory. I just bought a 512mb pro duo memory stick and can't wait for it to ship so I can load up my PSP with music, pictures, and videos!
Also, if you have a large enough memory stick, you can use the stick as flash memory if you wish for transferring files from computer to computer.
