I have been impressed with this phone for the simple fact that I have dropped it more times than is humanly possible. Despite that it is in great condition and I have had no problems with it.
I love the size (not too small). It stretches from mouth to ear without being too big. The slim design makes it easy to slip into my purse. I do sometimes dislike how slick the piece is (the reason for dropping it a lot). It has a satin finish on it and it slips right out of your grip sometimes, but that's bearable.
The camera feature on it works great, although it does seem to have a bit of a delay between you hitting the button and it snapping the picture. I like the zoom feature and photo editing however since it has cute frames to surround your pictures with. It also has a lot of great wallpaper designs and screen savers as well as allowing you to use your own pictures for wallpaper and screen savers. You can also type text in to display. The video camera also works great for capturing short clips. Texting is easy to do (I have only used this feature once since I have to pay per text message on my plan.) It is easy to figure out though.
Muting the phone or turning down the ringer is easy and quick (with an up and down button on the side). It is intuitive also in that if you are turning it down or to mute it does not beep each time you hit the button. That is a useful feature when you remember in church you forgot to mute your phone. You don't want it beeping while you hit the down button to reach the mute status.
You can easily turn it to speaker phone with the touch of a button on the side of the phone. Also you can turn on the speaker voice activation. I have not used this feature but intend to explore it further. While the clamshell is closed, you can click any button on the side and it will illuminate the screen showing you the time. Also, if a call has come in while you are away from it, the lit display will stay on and show 1 missed call through the window display. Also the phone will buzz or beep periodically (depending on your setting selections).
The keypad buttons are large enough to use easily and the contacts storage is large enough. I have mine chock full of every person I've met anywhere and also many businesses I contact regularly like pharmacies and such. I haven't run out of space yet.
I also love the other features like alarm clock, calendar, world clock, calculator and notepad. I use the alarm clock religiously to remind me to do things during my busy day. The menu system is very intuitive and it's easy to find what you are looking for. My last phone was strange in this area and redundant and finding things was a real pain so I was happy to see that this one isn't like that.
Sound quality is good. I have noticed how clear sounding it is while talking to my daughter who has the same phone as me.
One final feature I love is you get a warning when the battery is low on charge. It starts beeping several (maybe 5 ) minutes before it will go off. That gives you time to run and get your charger plugged up if you're on a call or warn the person you are talking to that time is up. Charging my phone up only takes a few hours depending on how dead it is and the battery seems to last several days at least with it being left on all the time.
All in all this is a great phone and worth every penny to have something that will last a good long while.
