Not great, not too terrible
Pros:
Connects to internetVZ navigator
Cons:
Keys too close together, freezes a lot, can't always hear well, tiny data storage capacity
The Bottom Line:
If it is free, it is not a terrible phone. It's not that bad, but certainly more aggravation than it's worth.

Author's Review
I purchased this phone about 1 year ago. It hasn't been great, but hasn't been too terrible. Reception and volume on the phone is decent. The keys are very close together, so it is sometimes hard to press only one single key when typing or dialing.
The great thing about the phone is that it can connect to the internet and has VZ navigator, which isn't very uncommon in phones today. Those are the best features of the phone, but you can probably find that on most other phones.
The not-so-great things about this phone are that if you keep a lot of data on your blackberry, or even take too many pictures on the phone, it will constantly freeze. My phone was constantly malfunctioning, and when I deleted about 5 out of the 10 pictures on the phone, it seemed to fix the problem.
I am not terribly impressed with this phone, but I don't hate it enough to buy a new phone before my "new every two" agreement with Verizon is up. I think that in terms of high-end smart phones, I would much rather have an iphone in terms of quality, appearance, clarity of the screen, etc. This phone has given me a lot of aggravation so far. I look forward to purchasing a new phone soon!
