RIM BlackBerry Pearl 8100 Smartphone

Hey Folks, I recently jumped ship away from Pal when my Tungsten E's battery took a premature departure from the recharge process. As we all know, Palm Tungsten E has a non replaceable battery. The reason I decided to try the HP iPaq hx2495. The HP is a nice unit. Unfortunately, I got hold of two units that had problems. Mainly a soft reset issue. I eventually tried the HP iPaq rx1955 but it proved to have issues of it's own. Don't get me wrong, I liked the HP units but I was a little unlucky with the ones I purchased. Now I'm back to Palm and loving it. The TX is much more than I had expected. Setting up the Wi-Fi was a breeze and the quickness of the Blazer browser was a total treat. I love the screen resolution and features such as blue tooth and Versa Mail. Palm also provides a ton of option add on software. I really tried to leave Palm but the bottom line is that they deliver exactly what you need.
