Pros: Uncompromising image quality; Superb IS (tripod compatible); Excellent bokeh; Very useable handheld
Cons: Not exactly cheap; Attracts too much attention; Heavy to hold to eye for extended periods;
The Bottom Line: Recommended for any application requiring a very sharp, steady, fast 300mm optic. Nothing about this lens will disappoint.

Pros: Stunning picture quality, very sharp, excellent in low light
Cons: Price: not for the faint-walleted!
The Bottom Line: If you can afford it, buy it!
