DCS-6620 Why waste your money?

Pros: 10x optical zoom
low lux capable
pan/tilt
POE

Cons: poor customer support
patrol doesn't actually "patrol"
clunky software

The Bottom Line: You cannot have this item repaired!
Support is extremely bad.
Expensive paperweight
Great zoom/audio/video

Would give it 1 star but the vid quality is decent.

We were looking to purchase IP based cameras for building security on a 4 story building.
At the time (and today) there are very few cameras that offer optical zoom and pan and tilt capabilities.
