A Mixed Bag

Pros: solid construction, sleek, stable, clear and bright display
Cons: laggy, no standard headphone jack, battery life, easy smudge screen
The Bottom Line: If you would like a full featured phone with the ability to surf the web and form factor is an important selling point the Q is probably for you.

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAPLY MADE

Pros: Lightweight and thin, Good quality color screen
Cons: Buttons stick, Too many unnecessary steps, Text messaging doesn't have chat thread
The Bottom Line: I wouldn't recommend this phone until Motorola fixes the problems and comes out with a new improved model....In the meantime look at a Treo or a Blackberry
