Pros: Easiest to use. the only true 'one touch' machine
Cons: cleaning. it's easy but i wish a had someone to do it for me.
The Bottom Line: Best Coffee. Best cappuccino. best latte. why start your day second best?

Pros: Ease of use, makes great drinks, easy cleaning.
Cons: Cost.
The Bottom Line: A little costly, but worth it if you want 1 button operation.

Pros: Saeco machines works great looks good and are easy to use.
Cons: If you get a defective unit Saeco will not honor their warranty!
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: My son and daughter both own a Saeco. They work great but mine was broken and defective when I got it. Saeco has a return policy on paper but unfortunately when you try to return the unit they refuse to send you the return authorization forms...
